ETI-GB is a $133.72 million development programme co-financed by the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation through the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).
The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan leads implementation through the Programme Coordination Unit based in Gilgit and the Regional Coordination Units in Baltistan and Diamer. IFAD and AICS provide financing and technical oversight aligned with the Programme Design Report and PC-1.
