ETI Programme will provide policy formulation support to the government in number of areas related to value chain development as well as priority areas for programme investments. These include Land Settlement and Titling, Irrigation Water Policy, Roads operating and maintenance (O&M) Policy, Seed and Products Certification and quality certification etc.
