Mr. Saleem’s expertise in public administration is demonstrated through his current role as Programme Coordinator for PC ETI GB, where he oversees program activities, financial management, and strategic implementation. His previous positions as Secretary across multiple departments, including Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries, and Forest, Wildlife & Environment, showcase his ability to manage complex initiatives aimed at sustainable development and environmental conservation.

Barkat Ali - Deputy Program Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience in development project management, he has honed his skills in coordinating diverse initiatives across infrastructure, agriculture, socio-economic, and environmental sectors. His professional journey includes impactful positions such as Deputy Programme Coordinator for the Economic Transformation Initiative in Gilgit-Baltistan, where he played a pivotal role in program management and strategic policy achievement.
In his current role, he is instrumental in supporting overall program management and coordination, partnering with line departments, organizations, and stakeholders. He excels in office administration, M&E, MIS, reporting, knowledge management, and gender-sensitive budgeting. His capacity-building efforts and development of M&E systems demonstrate his commitment to sustainable practices and policy development.
He holds a degree in Development Planning and Management from Technical University Dortmund, Germany, and is multilingual with fluency in English, Urdu, and Burushaski. His digital proficiency and active participation in conferences underscore his commitment to sustainable development and resilience.

Throughout a distinguished military career, Lieutenant Colonel Iqtidar Hussain held pivotal command and staff positions, demonstrating unwavering commitment and a steadfast dedication to service.
Post-retirement, Lieutenant Colonel Iqtidar Hussain seamlessly transitioned into the civilian sector, where he continued to exemplify excellence in management and administration. Holding key managerial and principal roles within various institutions under the Fauji Foundation umbrella, Lieutenant Colonel Iqtidar Hussain played an instrumental role in shaping organizational success through effective leadership and strategic vision.
Armed with an MBA in Human Resource Management and a degree in Law, Lieutenant Colonel Iqtidar Hussain embodies a unique blend of academic prowess and practical expertise. Roheena Ali Shah - Gender & Poverty Manager
Roheena Ali Shah is a distinguished community development practitioner with a rich background in gender mainstreaming, project management, and youth development. Currently serving as the Gender and Poverty Manager at ETI, Roheena plays a pivotal role in ensuring that gender equality and poverty reduction are integral to the organization's strategic framework. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction, conducting gender analysis, and overseeing gender-responsive budgeting and auditing, ensuring that all interventions are both gender-sensitive and transformative.
With extensive experience working in challenging environments, Roheena has successfully led initiatives in health and hygiene, Menstrual Hygiene Management, and community mobilization.
Before joining ETI, Roheena served as a Gender Specialist and Safeguarding Focal Person at Aga Khan Rural Support Program (AKRSP), where she ensured gender mainstreaming across all regional projects. Her career also includes impactful roles such as Project Coordinator at MOJAZ Foundation and worked with various international organizations on different key positions.
Roheena's expertise is further reflected in her published articles, which address critical social issues such as workplace harassment and honor-related crimes. Her work has been featured in reputable platforms like LUMS Colloquim and Sage journals. Holding an MPhil in Gender Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, she has a deep academic foundation, complemented by her practical experience in the field.
