On 7th February 2019, Secretary Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries Mr.Khadim Hussain paid a detailed visit to Regional Office Baltistan. Mr. Khadim Hussain distributed certificates among engineering staff on successful completion of their technical training. On the same day he also visited a newly constructed seed storage facility which has a capacity to store 50 metric tons of seed potato, which was established by ETI-GB.
On the following day, Mr.Khadim Hussain along with Deputy Commissioner District Ghanche visited Ghazithang and Surmo schemes. Mr.Khadim Hussain lauded the efforts of ETI-GB which is deeply involved in perusing sustainable agricultural development goals in the region.
