On 24th January 2018, Mr. Rehman Shah Commissioner Diamer Division inaugurated Kinosass water channel in the presence of community of Diamer and representatives of ETI-GB. The 6.25 km long water channel was completed at the cost of Rs.51 million and will irrigate 1920 acres of barren land while benefitting 4200 households of the area.
Mr. Rehman Shah commended the efforts of ETI-GB for bringing thousands of acres of barren land under cultivationin in Gilgit Baltistan for the well being of rural communities.
